I reached out to them and their reply is, "Yes. We tested for a large suite of metals. Almost all were below the lab detection limit. The mine workings are far below the surface so the water that is discharging isn’t coming from the mine. The source of the springs on that hillside is primarily from leakage from the ditches on the bench. The drain originally helped remove the water from the portal."
Have they tested the water to make sure there is no radioactivity or there aren't any heavy metals that would be draining into the stormwater system?
