While there were no agenda items pertaining to the ongoing issues with the airport at Tuesday night’s Red Lodge City Council meeting, two citizens spoke in rebuttal to a letter included in the agenda packet authored by Theresa Whistler in her capacity as a city resident and member of the City Planning Board and Zoning Commission.
