The National Weather Service-Billings Office is sending out a caution throughout the region that there is a trend toward warmer and windier weather over the coming days.
After snow visits Carbon County over the weekend, very warm temps are expected next week. Little to no snow accumulation is expected in the Clarks Fork Valley, Red Lodge Mountain can expect about an inch, while East Rosebud Lake is currently expecting around three inches.
Increasing temperatures next week along with the wind will increase the potential for grass fires.
