Spring Begins and Winds Return

Strong crosswinds will develop over the foothills west of Billings tonight through Thursday. Livingston is expected to see their strongest winds tonight into early Thursday morning, whereas Big Timber and Harlowton will see their strongest winds Thursday afternoon and evening.

Spring begins at 3:01 a.m. Thursday morning.
