Sheriff Asks For Help From Any Witnesses to Road Rage Incidents Yesterday Afternoon
Incidents occurred from 1:40 to 2:30 from Laurel through Bridger

The Carbon County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) posted the following information on their social media:
The Carbon County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance with any witnesses to multiple road rage style incidents that occurred yesterday (September 24, 2024) at approximately 1:40 PM from the Laurel area on US Highway 310, that traveled south to Belfry on Highway 72 at about 2:30 p.m. Specifically near the Rockvale area at about 1:50 p.m., where numerous vehicles were mentioned to be present during one of these events.
Due to ongoing investigation purposes, we can not post specific information about the suspected vehicle other than a smaller hatch-back style vehicle. A suspect has been taken into custody on unrelated charges and there is no outstanding threat to the public. Additional information will be posted regarding this incident in the coming days.
