Keep apprised of weather if planning outdoor activities

The Billings office of the National Weather Service has issued the following information:
There is a chance for isolated severe thunderstorms Friday afternoon and evening. Main threats are winds up to 65 mph and quarter size hail. Make sure you stay weather aware and have a way to receive warnings.
A cold weather system moving through the northern Rockies may produce snowfall over the high elevations of the Beartooth-Absaroka and Crazy Mountains (as well as all mountains across western and central Montana) next Monday and Tuesday. If you have outdoor plans in the high country, or are planning to travel the Beartooth Highway, monitor the forecast!
