Potential for strong winds Tuesday into Wednesday
The National Weather Service announced this morning that gusty to locally strong wind gusts are expected to develop as a cold front arrives on Tuesday. The strongest winds are expected over the western foothills where gusts around 60 mph are possible. Other areas will see gusts potentially up to 50 mph at times, lasting into at least Wednesday morning. Winds should trend weaker Wednesday afternoon.
