Judge Amy Eddy Sets Early Fundraising Record in Montana Supreme Court Race
Press release from Judge Amy Eddy
In a powerful show of momentum for an independent judiciary, Judge Amy Eddy’s campaign announced today that it raised $106,401 in the second quarter of 2025 (April 1st–June 30th). This historic total reflects a broad coalition of Montanans—Republicans, Independents, and Democrats—who believe in Judge Eddy’s commitment to fairness, independence, and the rule of law.
“I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of early support for this campaign. In less than 60 days, we gathered unprecedented donations from hundreds of citizens all across Montana—and from all walks of life,” said Judge Eddy. “Together, we can defend the principle that the Montana Supreme Court is an institution for justice, not politics. Montanans deserve a Montana Supreme Court Justice who is fair, experienced and impartial. On the Montana Supreme Court, I will protect our freedoms, guard our Constitution, hold criminals accountable and apply the law fairly to the facts of each case. I believe deeply that we must keep politics out of nonpartisan judicial elections, and this early support demonstrates Montanans believe the same thing.”
Judge Eddy currently serves as a District Court Judge in the 11th Judicial District, where she has presided since 2015 and earned a reputation for integrity, fairness, and respect for Montana’s Constitution. Over the past decade, she has presided over more than 10,000 cases as a District Court judge—ranging from Kalispell to Glendive, from family law and felony trials to complex constitutional issues.
The Montana Supreme Court election, a nonpartisan race, will be held in November 2026. Judge Eddy pledges to uphold the rule of law, protect the rights of all Montanans, and maintain an independent judiciary free from political influence. Learn more at amyeddyforjustice.com.
