Funeral Procession For Fallen Officer To Drive Through Northern County Wednesday

Today Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) announced that tonight around 11:00 PM, a procession of local law enforcement officers, along with officers from the Gila River Police Department, will escort Fallen Officer Joshua Briese, from the Billings Logan International Airport, through downtown, to a local funeral home.
On June 12th, 2024 at 9:00 in the morning, the MetraPark Pavilion will be open to the public for those who want to pay their respects towards Fallen Officer Joshua Briese.
At 11:00 AM, another procession of law enforcement officers will begin from the MetraPark Arena. This procession will travel west bound on Interstate 90 and continue towards Highway 212 to Highway 310 until it reaches its destination at the Rockvale Cemetery.
These times are approximate and may be delayed due to road construction. YCSO asks for the public to be cognizant of their surroundings during said processions. Travelers should expect minor delays during the noted times.
