Changing Weather Forecast: Chance for High Impact Snow Increasing

Billings has 45% chance of 12+ inches of snow, Red Lodge has 9% chance

The Billings office of the National Weather Service reported early this morning, “The potential for a high impact snowfall is increasing for the area from Harlowton into Billings for Sunday into Tuesday. The probabilities for a foot of snow has increased to around 45% in the Billings area. Still time for adjustment to this forecast, so stay tuned to the forecast for the latest updates this weekend.” In addition to the snow, bitter cold temperatures and wind chills are expected.
