The Billings office of the National Weather Service expects hazardously cold temperatures to arrive Monday and lasting through Wednesday. Overnight temperatures are the biggest concern, with temperatures in the minus teens and 20s, Monday night. Wind chills Tuesday morning will fall into the -25F to -40F range.
